The total participation fee is ₹24,990 per person. This may be paid in full at the time of booking or in two partial instalments. Full payment must be completed before the conclusion of the event.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are processed based on the number of days prior to the event start date on which the cancellation is received:

• 40 days or more before the event — 100% refund

• 30–39 days before the event — 75% refund

• 10–29 days before the event — 50% refund

• Less than 10 days before the event — No refund

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another individual of the same gender. All transfers are subject to our review and approval, as this is an invite-only event. The incoming participant must meet our selection criteria. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing as early as possible.

In the rare event that we are required to cancel the getaway due to force majeure circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

Neither the organisers nor the participants shall be held liable for failure to fulfil obligations under this agreement where such failure results from circumstances beyond reasonable human control. This includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, landslides, or severe weather conditions), acts of God, pandemic or epidemic declarations, war or armed conflict, government-imposed restrictions or travel advisories, civil unrest, strikes, or any other extraordinary event that renders the safe conduct of the event impossible or unlawful.

In such circumstances, the organisers will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event. Participants will be given the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date or receive a full refund of all amounts paid. The organisers shall not be responsible for any ancillary costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to flights, personal travel bookings, or accommodation arranged independently.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.
